Science: Treehugger Post

Today in Science I read an article about how a family sold their ordinary street home and bought an old vintage school to live in.
After renovating the old school box, the family moved in. Each child got a classroom for bedroom, and the cavernous gym was used as a living/dining room and kitchen combined. The rest of the classrooms were decorated as suites and are now available for booking. Outside, the school's baseball diamond was left the same for kids to play on. There is also eight acres of land which they use to grow their own food and sell parts of it on the road side. With so big of a home and so much new things to do in it, the parents describe their new lifestyle as "One that is less busy, more fulfilling and more sustainable."
